Meet Our Staff
The administration, teachers and staff of CCA are all born-again believers. Our educators utilize every opportunity to make a positive difference and lasting impact on our students. Our entire staff are committed to developing leaders for this generation both academically and social-emotionally. All full-time staff members are required to have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university. Many teachers hold advanced degrees and are certified by various state and national educational associations.
Mr. Scot Stutzman
CCA k-12 Principal
Mr. Stutzman was born and raised in Lancaster, NY. He attended Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY where he acquired a BA in Psychology and elementary teaching credentials. Mr. Stutzman has a MS in Literacy and Reading in conjunction with his certification in school administration and supervision. He has over 17 years of experience in public school administration, where he has served as an assistant principal, principal and athletic director in addition to his experience as an elementary teacher.
Mrs. Ella Davis

Mrs. Davis has been teaching at CCA for 23 years. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania, graduated from Tennessee Temple University and taught for seven years in Illinois. Mrs. Davis has a passion for Christian education and its impact on students and families. She has been teaching in a Christian school setting for 27 years.
Mrs. Stephanie Atwater
Mrs. Atwater is passionate about private Christian school education & the opportunities & benefits it provides to children, teens, parents, teachers, & the community. She began teaching here in the Fall of 2021 as our new Kindergarten teacher. Most recently her background is in teaching Preschool in a Head Start/Universal Pre K 3 & 4 program. She grew up in Harborcreek, PA & attended Cairn University (formally Philadelphia Biblical University) in Langhorne, PA where she earned a BS in Bible with a Professional Emphasis in Counseling. She is a credentialed Child Development Associate.
Mrs. Sara Pound

Mrs. Pound has been teaching at CCA for four years. She graduated from Russell Sage College with a BS in Biochemistry. She also attended SUNY Fredonia and graduated with an MS in Chemistry. Her NYS Teacher Certification, obtained from the University of Buffalo, is in biology, chemistry and general science. She previously taught at the Sherman Central School District for five years.
Mrs. Sarah Wilkins
Mrs. Wilkins has worked at CCA for six years. She began as the lunchroom monitor and eventually moved into the position of Administrative Assistant and Fundraising Coordinator. Mrs. Wilkins has attended Family Church since 2003. Her passion is to influence this next generation of young people, to encourage them to live courageously for Christ and to help equip them to be a light in the world.
Miss Jessica Fairbanks
Ms. Fairbanks is a new addition in the CCA financial office this year. An avid hiker and gardener, she loves spending time with her friends, family, and her Golden Retriever, LadyBug. Ms. Fairbanks is passionate about her faith and utilizing the talents God has given her in administration work. She is excited to see what this year has in store for ministry at CCA and having the privilege to meet the students and families of CCA.
